The Somali Society of NSW operates under a structured governance model consisting of a dedicated Board and Executive Management team. This leadership ensures transparency, accountability, and effective delivery of all community programs and initiatives. The Board provides strategic direction, while the Executive team manages day-to-day operations, ensuring that all projects align with the organisation’s mission of community empowerment, integration, and development.
